Returns

• We offer a 7-day return policy on all items purchased from our website.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original labels, stickers, and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please visit our website and fill out the online return form. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

• We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
• To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as above for returns.
• In the online return form, please select “exchange” as the reason for your return.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement item within 7 business days.

Gifts

• If you received a gift from our website and you would like to return it, you will need to provide the gift giver’s name and order number.
• You will receive a gift credit or coupon for the value of your return.
• The gift giver will be notified of your return.

Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500.
• Orders under ₹500 will have a shipping fee of ₹50.
• We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order payment (including weekends).
• You will receive your order within 3-7 business days of shipment.
